Step 1. Let's chat.

It all begins with a friendly phone call to discuss your ideas, goals, and how you want to use your outdoor space.

Step 2. Consultation and Site Survey

We’ll visit your home to assess the space, take precise measurements and understand your brief. This is the most important part of the design process and involves talking through our questionnaire so that we can gather information such as your preferred garden design style, garden wish list, who will use the garden and for what purposes. This visit usually takes approximately 2 hours.

Step 3. Concept Designs

This is where initial ideas/drawings of the garden design are presented along with a mood board tailored to your vision. Together we’ll review and refine them and make any required changes to the design.

Step 4. Final Design

Presentation of the final design, in colour and drawn to scale. The final design includes detailed 3D visuals, planting plans, and technical drawings, allowing you to visualise exactly how your garden will look and feel before the build begins.

Step 5. Quote

A detailed quote based on your final garden design will be sent across. We work closely within your budget from the very beginning to align expectations, with no hidden extras, our quote will be a fully inclusive price for us to complete the work.

Step 6. Construction

Once approved, our landscaping team will turn the plans into reality, managing every detail from the groundworks to the finishing touches.

Step 7. Project Completion

Once the project is completed we will send across details planting plans and maintenance guides for the planting scheme. Lets start creating your dream garden.

Step 8. Aftercare

For all our garden designs and installations we offer a seasonal aftercare service to ensure your garden continues to look its best, from patio cleaning, lawn scarifying and annual garden pruning.

Lydia and Rob have made an excellent job of reconfiguring our sloping, water logged, clay pit of a new build garden. Inca Gardens are the real deal when it comes to Garden Design! We wanted a full design, build and planting package for our new estate garden which sloped from left to right and top to bottom. After the initial consultations Lydia produced six suitable designs all of which were really good so it was quite difficult to choose. Work was started on time despite the really hot summer and the whole build went smoothly. We saw real progress every day and we were consulted throughout. The finished result exceeded our expectations and we now have an absolutely fabulous garden to enjoy. One friend said that it was like visiting a show garden!
